The deluxe double room was nicely spacious and had character, everything was clean and tidy throughout.

Everything was beautiful and met requirements. Appreciated every detail about our really comfortable 1 night stay here. The staff was very good throughout our stay. Booked a room with bathroom. The location right in the heart of the town was marvellous and stunning. Further, it was short walk to trains passing to church bells and Portuguese Chicken place right across the road and the centre of town.

Overall it was huge and big size with character. The location was comfortable and magnificent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We was lucky there was the train station close to the hotel.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The rooms have a nice decor and the bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub, which is convenient.

The location of the hotel is ideal for pilgrims as it is right on the Camino. the owner is very helpful and provides valuable information about the area, including where to find a Pilgrim's Dinner and a cafe that opens early. the old villa has beautiful architecture and gives the feeling of being in a castle.

The door to the room may need renovation to ensure it can be closed properly without needing to be locked.
